Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received and confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Shipping costs are mostly standard at R100,00.

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
